Problem of Obesity and Overweight | Bariatric Surgery Hospitals in Delhi
The obesity is one of the major health concerns today all over the world. Surveys have shown that there are number of reasons for obesity in people. Sedentary lifestyle with no physical activity and long sitting hours is one of the major reasons for obesity and overweight. The children these days stay indoors and love playing in the play stations and sit hours plying computer games and watching television. This is again the main reasons the children are obese. Children should always be encouraged to play outdoor games like Tennis, Badminton, Cricket, Hockey etc. so that they remain fit. However due to the emergence of nuclear families and both the parents working there is no other option for the parents but to let them stay inside home and play on computers and watch TV. The parents themselves need to think of ways and to spare time in the evenings with the kids. They can go for a walk with the children or even play some outdoor games with them. It will be beneficial for the health of both.
People who are overweight and obese require lot of determination and efforts to reduce their weight. Every fat and obese person either male of female wants to look slim and trim. Many of them momentarily decide to reduce the weight by various methods but due to lack of determination and commitment could not do so.
