Admissions in German Universities and Institutes - How to Apply for Student Visa in Germany - 2015-2016
Germany has opened its doors for more students now and Indian students are lining up for admissions in various institutes and colleges in Germany. Another advantage for studying in Germany is the low tuition fees and hands on training which is prompting the Indian students to go to Germany.
You may be surprised to know that in Germany today there are over 300 International degree programmes that are taught entirely or partly in English. Most of these courses are in the areas of pure science, Mathematics or Engineering, etc.

Online Application for Applying PAN Card - How to get Permanent Account Number PAN CARD

How to Apply Online for New PAN Number – Permanent Account Number Online Application
Do you know that PAN or Permanent Account No. is mandatory now for any money transaction you make? If you are in a job or want to open a bank account PAN Number is required. Even if you are a housewife and have a bank account you need to have a Permanent account number otherwise you would not be able to start a FD or deposit or withdraw a big amount in your account. You need to have a PAN Number if you want a home loan car loan or a personal loan. You cannot have a credit card account without a PAN Number. If you are joining a business or a job there also you need to have a PAN Number.
Are you aware that applying for a PAN Number has become so easy now? You just need to submit you online PAN application along with a small fee and send the required documents and within few days you will get you PAN CARD. So there is no need to go to the agents and pay them additional fee for making your PAN CARD. An applicant simply needs to fill Form 49A online and submit it.
If you see any error while submitting rectify it and submit again. After that you will see a confirmation screen which will display the entire data that you have filled. If required you can either edit or confirm the same. Once you confirm you will see an acknowledgement on the screen. Please note that this contain a unique 15-digit acknowledgement number. You need to save this acknowledgement number and take a printout of it. Please read the instructions carefully affix two recent colour photographs with white background (size 3.5 cm x 2.5 cm) in the space provided in the acknowledgement. Please do not staple the photograph. The photo should be of good quality so that it looks good in the PAN CARD.
Sign carefully as instructed in the box space provided. Do not sign on the photo. If you are residing in India then there is a fee of 96.00 for processing your PAN application. You can pay it by DD, Cheque, Net Banking, and Credit/Debit Card

If you are residing outside India then the fee for processing PAN application is 962.00[(Application fee 85.00 + Dispatch Charges 771.00) + 12.36% service tax]. The Payment in this case can be made only by way of Demand Draft payable at Mumbai

After you pay online by credit card / debit card / net banking payment and the payment is successful then you will get an acknowledgement. You need to save this payment acknowledgement and take a print and send to NSDL as mentioned below
Please sign the acknowledgement, and as mentioned affix photograph carefully (in case of 'Individuals') along with Demand Draft, if any, and proof of identity (name in the application should be same as in the proof of identity) & proof of address (Individuals, HUFs, Body of Individuals, Association of Persons & Artificial Juridical Person should provide proof of address of residence stated in the application) as specified in the application form is to be sent to NSDL at 'Income Tax PAN Services Unit, NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Limited, 5th floor, Mantri Sterling, Plot No. 341, Survey No. 997/8, Model Colony, Near Deep Bungalow Chowk, Pune - 411016'
Please write on the envelop 'APPLICATION FOR PAN - Acknowledgement Number' (e.g. 'APPLICATION FOR PAN - 552345678911333').
It is important that after filling the online application for PAN you should send your acknowledgment with the required documents within 15 days.
