Parents should submit the duly filled form at the School Gate (No. 3) latest by (please check the school site )between 3.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m on working days only.
You must read the instructions carefully before filling the Nursery Admission 2014 form because incomplete forms in any respect will be rejected
