Why every Modi Hater is supporting Payal Rohatgi a Staunch Modi Supporter

Why the Congressmen think Gehlot Government should not have arrested Payal Rohatgi?

The Bollywood actress Payal Rohatgi has been sent to Bundi central jail until till December 24. The court has rejected her bail application in a case relating to her post on social media which is allegedly defamatory of the Nehru-Gandhi family.

The actor was formally arrested by Rajasthan Police late on Sunday night in Bundi. The Rajasthan Police earlier picked her up from her Ahmadabad residence in on Sunday morning.

Now the point is why even the Congress leaders including Shashi Tharoor want her to be released. Why he was urging his own party-man for her release.

Why some journalists who openly hate Payal and call her a right wing troll and Modi Bhakt are supporting her now?

The reason is very simple. You will find a number of blue tick verified twitter handles abusing Modi, Amit Shah, Savarkar, Patel and other top leaders of the country. The intensity with which they abuse them is far filthy and full of hate when you compare it with that of Payal Rohatgi's

Some Sycophants from congress in order to make their bosses happy filed the case and government of Rajasthan promptly acted on this complaint to arrest Payal Rohatgi.

Now the same blue tick verified handles of opposition parties, some journalists and activists are worried that if Payal Rohatgi can be arrested for abusing Nehru Parivar, then why not they.

You can see lot of these handles making personal remarks on many top leaders of the ruling party. Their IT cell employees and also known to make personal remarks and abuse the ruling leaders without substantiating the facts.

All of them who used to complaint about Payal are now supporting her.

Why some section of media which was so vocal on the arrest of Kanojia is silent over the arrest of an actress?

However the some who are champions of freedom of speech and the ones who cry about FOE every now and then are still silent. Many are asking them about their views on Payal Rohtagi's arrest but they are silent on this issue.

Every Modi hater who is abusing Modi is supporting Payal Rohtagi
The Gehlot government in Rajasthan has set a precedent of Freedom of Speech and that may also apply to Modi abusers. Hence they are worried

Amit Shah has again hit a Six - Opposition playing Minority Card but Minority doesn't mean only Muslims

Why the opposition is unable to set a narrative against Citizenship Amendment Bill 2019
Image result for citizenship amendment bill passed
The Citizenship Amendment Bill 2019 has been passed in Lok Sabha and BJP is sure and confident that this bill will also taste the success in Rajya Sabha on December 11.

Amit Shah during his speeches in the Parliament emphasized only on one major point, that Indian Muslims need not worry because the bill excludes only Muslims from Pakistan, Afganistan & Bangladesh.

The Citizenship (Amendment) Bill 2019, that seeks to give Indian nationality to non-Muslim refugees from Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan passed the lower House test yesterday. The Bill seeks to amend the definition of illegal immigrant for Hindu, Sikh, Parsi, Buddhist and Christian immigrants from Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bangladesh, who have lived in India without documentation. They will be granted fast-track Indian citizenship in six years. So far, 12 years of residence has been the standard eligibility requirement for naturalisation
The opposition knows it very well that the bill has nothing to do with Indian Muslims but many of their leaders are trying to set a narrative that the bill is against the Muslims. The bill is against the secular nature of this country. They are questioning the government that why Muslims have been left out in this bill. Why persecuted Muslims are not included. They should also have been included and given the Indian citizenship.

However Amit Shah and BJP have been very loud and clear that the Minorities of Pakistan, Bangladesh & Afganistan, persecuted based on the religion will be given Indian Citizenship

All the mentioned countries are Islamic Majority countries and the Muslims even if they are persecuted there are not because of the religion. There are other reasons for their persecution.

Our team met few Muslims in the neighborhood who are from UP and Bihar working in Delhi NCR. They had no issue whatsoever with this bill. They said we are Indians, our forefathers lived here and we have our lands and houses in our villages so why should we be worried. We are not Bangladeshis, We are not Rohingyas and we are not illegally living here. Why should we fear from this bill.

Some were confused that why only Hindu, Sikh, Christian and other minorities of Pakistan Bangladesh and Afghanistan are being given the citizenship? Why not Muslim minorities from these countries??

We had to make them understand that Muslims are minorities in India, therefore we call them minorities but in these countries we cannot call them minorities because these are Islamic countries with Muslim population of over 95%.

MINORITY doesn't  mean Muslims but Indian politicians are misleading such Indian Muslims who comes from the lower class and who are not educated by playing minority card with them

The opposition has been trying hard to convince the Indian Muslims that the bill is against the Muslims but in just 15 minutes of conversation we were able to convince the Muslims we spoke with, that the bill has nothing to do with them.

That is the reason why opposition has again failed this time. In fact the ruling party has very smartly been able to explain this bill in just few lines

If you are not a ROHINGYA, If you are not an illegal Bangladeshi, Pakistani of Afgani Muslim then there is no need to worry. Indian Muslims were living freely, will continue to live freely in this country.

Why we are celebrating the encounter of Hyderabad accused

Why Some Human Rights Activists are saying its Extrajudicial Killing

Early in the morning when people woke up they could not believe what is being reported is true. No one would have expected that the accused of Hyderabad horror would meet this fate that too within 10 days of the crime.

The Police have briefed that he four accused in the Hyderabad rape and murder were shot dead in an encounter on the NH-44 near Hyderabad, the same highway where the charred body of the 26-year-old was found. The main accused Mohammad Pasha picked up a stone and aimed at the police. He said something to other accused in the meanwhile who tried to snatch the gun of a policeman. All of them ran to escape from the custody. Police warned them before firing but they didn't pay heed.
The police opened fire at the four accused as they tried to escape. The police had been taken the four accused to the spot for recreation of the crime scene.
The father of the veterinary doctor who was brutally raped and later set on fire by the rapists was too happy and said that he never expected that her daughter will get justice in just 9 days. The sister of the victim also reciprocated with the same sentiments.

The people of the country are celebrating the encounters of the 4 accused.

Why the nation is celebrating these encounters. The only reason is our justice system. Everyday we see rapes and murders in our country but the conviction rate is so low. People still remember the horrific Nirbhaya case. They were to be hanged but even after 7 long years justice has not been done. The mother of Nirbhaya has been running pillar to post, from one court to another so that they can be hanged but that never happened. Hundreds of cases are still pending for so many years.

The accused gets bail in most of the cases and when they come out they threaten the victims. The Unnao case is the recent example when the accused who were on bail set on fire the rape victim when she was coming from the court. Her condition is so critical that she was flown to Safdarganj Delhi with 90% burns.

The laws have been amended after Nirbhaya case but what is the logic of those laws when there is no strict implementation.

It is high time that the rape cases should be referred to the fast track with a timeline of one month. The culprits should be hanged immediately after the verdict and there should be no delay.

However there are few who are questioning the Hyderabad Police encounter. Some Human rights activists and some TV anchors want inquiry to the encounters. They are saying that there is a legal route through which the culprits should have been punished

Here is a report from News18.com

Unnao: Just a week after the brutal rape and murder of a veterinarian in Hyderabad, a rape survivor was set ablaze in Uttar Pradesh’s Unnao allegedly by the men who are accused of raping her.
The incident took place on Thursday morning when the accused attempted to burn the woman by dousing her with kerosene in fields outside the village. The woman has been referred to a Lucknow hospital where her condition is said to be critical. She was raped a few months ago and had filed a complaint in March this year, the police said.

On Thursday morning, she was reportedly on her way to Rai Bareilly when the man accused of raping her along with four others set her ablaze. Three of the five accused have been arrested, police said.
NCP MP Majeed Memon expressed shock over the incident and said that the rape survivor in Unnao has suffered with 80% burns and is struggling for life. "She had made two complaints against the threat of rape earlier yet we could not protect her. Pathetic," Memon tweeted.

Why do I need a Fastag?? FASTag is Mandatory starting December 1 in all Toll Plazas

What Is FASTag? From where to get a Fastag for my Vehicle

Image result for fastag
The vehicle owners now have to have a mandatory Fastag starting December 1. Not only you need to have a FASTag you also need to have it activated before you enter a FASTag Lane in all Toll Plazas.
If you enter a FASTag-enabled lane without getting a FASTag active, you will be charged double the amount of toll fee and will have to pay by cash.

WHAT IS A FASTAG
FASTag is a pre-paid tag facility where your vehicle will be provided with a sticker. The main objective of the FASTAG is that it will allow non-stop movement of traffic without having to wait at the toll plazas. FASTag uses Radio-Frequency Identification or RFID technology and enables automatic deduction of the toll fee. Once the FASTAG is active, it is affixed on the vehicle's windscreen and information on it is passively read by the antennae at the toll plaza, debiting the toll amount from one's bank account that is linked to the FASTag.

Once you get a FASTag account activated and recharge it then you don’t have to waste time at toll plazas for paying your toll tax. You can just enter the dedicated FASTag lane on a toll plaza and the balance will be automatically deducted from your FASTag account/bank account with which your account is linked and you will receive an SMS alert on your registered mobile number.

From Where to Buy a FASTag

You have many options from where you can buy a Fastag for your vehicles. You can buy it online from SBI, HDFC, ICICI, AXIS and some other banks. You can also buy your Fastag from PAYTM

- A Safe Haven for Alcoholics and Drug Addicts
