From Pathankot to Dharamshala you can get direct buses or share taxis. Toy trains from Pathankot to Kangra are also available. You can take a train till Kangra and from there Dharamshala is around 20 Kms.
Direct flights to Dharamshala are available daily from New Delhi Airport. Gaggal Airport is 10 Kms from Dharamshala.
