In a tweet going viral, Pankaj Singh the BJP MLA from Noida is assuring the residents of Divine Meadows Sector 108 that their problems will be resolved within a week. He visited this society in 2019 at the request of buyers of Divine Meadows who were not happy with the builder.

After giving handover of the flats to the buyers, and after issuing them NOC, the builder has demanded more money from the buyers. Divine Infrastructure has raised fresh money demand on home buyers for flats the possesion for which was given five years back in 2014-15. 

 

Pankaj Singh the then BJP MLA said such demands are illegal and he would ask Noida Authority to take immediate steps to safeguard the residents against such harassments. 

 

Years passed by and BJP came to power again. Pankaj singh was elected MLA again but the situation for the residents remains the same.  

 

Hundreds of flat owners are still waiting for their registration. The Noida Authority recently mandated that registration of flats should be on the basis of their carpet area. However there is no clear information from the Divine Meadows Management whether they will pass on this benefit to the buyers. 

 

 
The residents have complained that they have been fighting for their rights for almost a decade now. They have been requesting their MLA Pankaj Singh, MP Mahesh Sharma for a long time but nothing has changed. They get only assurances from the politicians and no relief from the Noida Authority or any other department.
