Jain Temples in Pakistan that survived the test of time

Once a sizeable population of the Jain community lived in Pakistan. After partition in 1947 now there are very few Jains left in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Now there is no Jain population in Pakistan due to obvious reasons

Numerous Jain temples with historical and cultural value may be found in Pakistan. The number of Jain temples in Pakistan has substantially declined over time, and some may have been converted into other uses or allowed to deteriorate, it's crucial to highlight. The following list of notable Pakistani Jain temples includes the following: 

  

Jain Mandir, Lahore: The Jain Mandir is a historic temple that was built in the sixteenth century and is situated in Lahore. It was dedicated to Parshvanatha, a Jain Tirthankara. Although the temple is renowned for its unique architectural features and elaborate carvings, it has recently been put to various uses. 

 

Peshawar's Jain Mandir: Peshawar, the provincial capital of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, once had a sizable Jain community. There there was a Jain temple in Peshawar, but it's unclear what its present circumstances are. 

  

Jain Mandir, Mansehra: The Jain Mandir is a Jain temple located in Mansehra, a city in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa region. One of the oldest Jain temples still in existence in Pakistan, it is thought to have been constructed in the ninth century. However, it's possible that the temple's condition got worse over time. 

  

In addition to Karachi, Rawalpindi, and Multan, there were more Jain temples throughout Pakistan. Their current state and condition, however, is not known or may differ.
