International level shooter Vartika Singh accuses Union Minister Smriti Irani of demanding 25 lakh rupees in the name of making her a member of Central Women's Commission. The case has been filed in MP-MLA court of Sultanpur, hearing is on January 2

Vartika Singh also accused one of the aides of the Union minister of obscene chatting. 

Vartika Singh, a resident of Pratapgarh, alleges that on the instigation of Smriti Irani, her aides offered to make her a member of the Central Women's Commission.

Vartika Singh and Iqbal Ansari case

In 2019, international shooter Vartika Singh went to Iqbal Ansari's house. At that time there was no decision from the Supreme Court on the temple mosque dispute. During this time, there was a fierce discussion about the temple-mosque dispute between Vartika Singh and Iqbal Ansari. The matter had escalated so much that the police later filed a case on behalf of both Iqbal Ansari and Vartika Singh at the Ram Janmabhoomi police station.

 

Later Iqbal Ansari came home and accused her of conspiracy to commit misbehavior and assault. On the other hand, Vartika Singh accused Iqbal Ansari of misbehaving and making anti-national statements.
