Dream Homes have become nightmares for the residents of Divine Meadows in sector 108

Helpless Middle Class Home Buyers are still at the mercy of the Builders - Hapless Residents called cops to resolve the issues

  • Management of Divine Meadows sector 108 forcefully locked the gate, called bouncers to deny entry exit to the residents

  • Residents of Prateek Wisteria in sector 77 protested against the hike in maintenance charges called the police

The harassment of home buyers by the builders continue even when the state and central governments have assured the buyers that they will get their dream homes registered soon. Thousands of buyers who have booked their flats years ago are still being harassed and looted by builders. There are many builders who have given possession to the flat owners but the work is still underway and they have not been able to procure OC for their projects.

Many families are living in partially completed projects without completion certificate have deal with day to day life threats. The open electric wires, under-construction work, no fire fighting systems, no proper security, no garbage management and many other issues with which the buyers have to deal with on daily basis

The residents of Divine Meadows sector 108 were denied the access to one gate through the club by the builder. The gate had been closed by the builder for over 2 months citing some construction work. The residents told that this was an excuse by the builder and no such repair or construction took place for 2 months.

The residents when asked the management to open the gate they refused to do so and instead called around 8 bouncers who stood guard the gate and stopped the residents for using that gate

The buyers of Divine Meadows society located in sector 108 had to call the Police on September 3, when the management had called the bouncers who threatened the residents when they tried to open the gate

This is the gate where most of the school buses drop the kids. Due to the forceful closure of this gate by the management few months ago, the kids had to walk around half a km to reach their homes be it scorching summer heat or heavy rains these days.

The Noida Police has assured the residents that the gate will remain open and the residents will not face any problem now onward.

On the same day Prateek Wisteria had to call the Police to resolve the maintenance issues with the builder. The maintenance charge have been increased from 2.70/Sqft to 3.25/Sq feet by simply pasting a notice on the board. After the police came the builder has assured the residents that they will review the hike and get back to residents after 15 days. According to the residents The builder is also not willing to handover the maintenance to the apartment owners

The Police did a good job and tried to resolve the issues of the residents here but the question is will these builders comply to what police says?? Do they follow the norms set by the governments?? Do these builders fear law??

The builder's men had promised Dr Mahesh Sharma, the honorable union minister that the gate will be opened within few days. However it fell into the deaf years of the builder.

As per the govt. norms, Genset chimney must be higher than the height of the building. However, in case of Divine Meadows no such rules have been followed. Residents are forced to inhale the toxic smoke which is causing serious health related problems in the children and elderly people and they are falling ill very frequently.

Dr Mahesh Sharma had given 7 days to the builder to comply with the environmental norms even then the builder here also did not bother to install chimneys

Below are just a few news cuttings out of the millions where our leaders courts have warned them to abide by the law. But despite all these news and actions by our administrations we don't see any improvement.

FIRs were lodged against them, courts and UP CM has warned these builders so many time but there is no respite to the buyers.

Is this because now the politics is only meant for the Dalits and Minorities? The governments will only work for a votebank? What is the fault of the middle class tax payers?? Are they ignored because these people are law abiding citizens, pay their taxes, do not create ruckus on the streets or roads. It is high time that governments listen to the plight of the salaried middle class who are the highest contributors to the exchequer.

What is the Relationship between China and Gandhi Family asked BJP

He is Rahul Gandhi not a Chinese Gandhi - BJP Slammed Congress for China Love

BJP has revealed that there was a request from Chinese Embassy to the Government of India. The Chinese Embassy wanted permission and passes for a lounge at IGI Airport where they wanted to meet Rahul Gandhi and see him off. This meeting was desired by Rahul Gandhi himself. Sambit Patra told reporters while addressing a press conference.

The Indian Government did not respond to their request. However Patra informed that there are 3 permanent passes at the Chinese embasssy and he is not aware whether the Chinese envoy or people from embassy went there to see him off at the IGI airport.

Rahul is on a religious visit to Kailash Mansarovar located in China. Rahul Gandhi took a flight to Nepal today from where he is heading for the Yatra

BJP slammed Rahul for his China Love and asked him why did he want the Chinese Envoys to be present at the airport? If this is his personal visit then Congress need to tell to the nation the reason for this meeting request with Chinese. He is a MP from India and not China. He is Rahul Gandhi and not a Chinese Gandhi said Sambit Patra

Sambit Patra also took a dig at Rahul over his Doklam remarks. When he is not aware of the Doklam issue why he has been raising the issue from past so many years.

Why did Rahul had a secret meeting with the Chinese Envoy during the Doklam Standoff? Why Rahul Gandhi is always interested in knowing the Chinese perspective about Doklam. He should trust the Indian Parliament where Sushma Swaraj and PM Modi have briefed the nation about Indian perspective on Doklam. Sambit told the reporters

Sambit also asked Congress to explain what is the relationship beyween China and the Gandhi family. In 2008 Beijing Olympics Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi Robert Wadra and their children were invited by the Chinese government and given special treatment.

Know More About URBAN NAXALS - Why are they more dangerous than the NAXALS

Who are Urban Naxals? What is Urban Naxalism
Recent house arrest of some activists have raised many questions and a term URBAN NAXALS is doing the rounds in all social media platforms and media.
Before we understand what Urban Naxalism is, we need to know what exactly Naxalism is.
Image result for urban naxals

Pic Source - PGURUS
Naxal or Naxalites a member of the Communist Party of India (Maoist). The term Naxal derives from the name of the village Naxalbari in West Bengal, where the movement had its origin. Naxalites are considered far-left radical communists, supportive of Maoist political sentiment and ideology. Their origin can be traced to the split in 1967 of the Communist Party of India (Marxist)  leading to the formation of the Communist Party of India (Marxist–Leninist). Initially the movement had its centre in West Bengal. In later years, it spread into less developed areas of rural southern and eastern India, such as Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana through the activities of underground groups like the Communist Party of India (Maoist)

Between 2002 and 2006, over three thousand people had been killed in Naxalite-Government conflicts, and by 2009, the conflict had displaced 350,000 members of tribal groups from their ancestral lands

Have you ever thought how these Naxals get access to state of the art guns, arms and ammunitions? Who is funding them? How they are recruited and how they are brainwashed to pick arms against their own country?
There is a big lobby and a group of people in India who are sympathizers of Naxalism. There are many so called activists and intellectuals who are behind all the Naxalite activities. These people in the garb of activism through their NGO’s or through media or through other sources run their propaganda to create an environment in support of Naxals. These people radicalize the innocent and uneducated villagers and recruit them to become Naxals and pick arms to fight with the establishment.
The so called intellectuals are from various fields, they may be  media journalists, film makers, professors, politicians, NGOs, etc and belong to the same ideology of Naxalism
Such People are called URBAN NAXALS
Some also call it URBAN MAOISTS or URBAN MAOISM
The Urban Naxals are not there at the front with guns but they have full support to the Naxals and terrorists. URBAN NAXALS portray themselves as intellectuals and activists in the society but are more dangerous than the actual Naxals

They are not using their Gun, they are using Pen, Mikes and Films to spread their propaganda. They use the Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Expression provided by the Indian Constitution and twist it to sympathize with the NAXALS
You may have seen so many movies where the URBAN NAXAL director is portraying the terrorists as a hero. Many books have been written by URBAN NAXALS to sympathise with the terrorism and Naxalism
The government of India is cracking down on the Naxals and Urban Naxals heavily. However they have found some support in the opposition parties and some media houses.
In 2006 India's intelligence agency, the Research and Analysis Wing estimated that 20,000 armed-cadre Naxalites were operating in addition to 50,000 regular cadres.
Their growing influence prompted Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to declare them to be the most serious internal threat to India's national security.

Rahul Gandhi compares RSS with Muslim Brotherhood - On how he would have handled Doklam, I don't have Details of Doklam

RSS is like Muslim Brotherhood says Rahul Gandhi

Rahul Gandhi is on Europe trip and interacting with people there. In Hamburg in Germany Rahul Gandhi linked formation of ISIS with unemployment and in the run-up for criticising Modi Goernment he has compared RSS with Muslim Brotherhood

Muslim Brotherhood

As of 2015 Muslim Brotherhood considered a terrorist organization by the governments of Bahrain, Russia, UK, Egypt, Russia Syria] Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates and is also banned in over 50 countries

"RSS is trying to change the nature of India. Other parties haven't tried to capture India's institutions. RSS's idea is similar to the idea of Muslim Brotherhood in the Arab world," said Rahul.

"I would like to say that even with Pakistan, they lack a coherent strategy," he said. "One of my main complaints about the current government in India is that I don't see a coherent strategy based on India's strengths. I only see knee-jerk reactions," he claimed.

Rahul also said that Demonetization was a brain child of RSS and was implemented even without the knowledge of Finance Minister and reserve Bank. “The idea of demonetisation came directly from RSS, bypassed the Finance Minister & RBI, and was planted in Prime Minister’s head.”

BJP hit back at Rahul Gandhi, “You have said that the ideology of the government is that of the Muslim Brotherhood? You’re a parliamentarian and the president of a Congress party,” Sambit Patra said during a press conference in Delhi.
“Rahul ji you have no maturity and understanding of India. You have no facets. The only quality you possess is hatred against PM Modi and BJP,” the BJP spokesperson added.
Many people in India are confused about new strategy of Rahul Gandhi to take on Modi Government. BJP and its allies strongly feel that Rahul Gandhi is demeaning the county abroad. Whatever he is saying has no substance at all. The statements given by him are immature and without any facts.
‘Rahul ji you have no maturity and understanding of India,’ - BJP
RAHUL GANDHI ON DOKLAM
When asked how he would have handled the Doklam issue, Rahul Gandhi said, “I do not have details of Doklam so I cannot answer how I would have handled it differently.”

BJP slammed Rahul on his Doklam remark Sambit Patra said if you don’t know about Doklam than why cannot you keep quiet Rahulji.”

Amit Malviya tweeted "Rahul Gandhi fumbled and said he didn’t have details, so can’t comment... One wonders then on what basis has he been criticising?,"

Kerala Flood Relief - UAE denies Rs 700 crore aid offer

UAE Denies any Aid amid ongoing political row over accepting foreign aid for relief work in Kerala

It was a breaking news few days ago when the Kerala CM himself announced that UAE government has offered 700 Cr for Kerala relief fund. The news became a national headline and the opposition parties got fodder to criticize the Modi government.

The Pinarayi Vijayan government in Kerala is left red-faced as the news is coming now that UAE government has denied that they never offered 700Cr aid to India

UAE fund relief to Kerala: UAE Ambassador Ahmed Albanna has told a daily that the UAE's offer of Rs 700 crore as fund aid was not final as the assessment of the relief operations in Kerala was still underway

There was a lot of criticism that why center has refused to accept the aid from UAE. The UAE ambassador Ahmad Albanna told Indian Express that since the assessment of the relief operations in Kerala was still underway, the amount announced cannot be considered as final. He told the daily, “The assessment of relief needed for the flood and aftermath is ongoing. Announcing any specific amount as financial aid, I don’t think it is final since it is still ongoing.”

According to a reportt published in Indian Express  “All that has happened is that UAE’s Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has formed a national emergency committee. The main goal was to look into sourcing out funds, aid material, medicines and other things for our friendly people and friends in Kerala, who have been hit by the unfortunate flood.” Albanna sai

The left Government in Kerala and other opposition parties and many intellectuals were very critical about the government of India not accepting the aid.

Now the question is if there was no official announcement by the UAE about this aid then why did the Kerala CM announced?

What was his intention behind this? Whenever a foreign country announces any aid it communicates with the central government and not directly with the states. Did the UAE government directly get in touch with the CM of Kerala?

The matter is clear now and the opposition need to find answers from the Kerala CM about this entire incident

Why did Rahul Gandhi link Unemployment with ISIS

What Rahul Gandhi Said in Germany?

राहुल ने कहा- लिंचिंग के लिए भी बेरोजगारी जिम्मेदार, अमेरिका के इराक पर हमले के बाद आईएसआईएस बढ़ा

Rahul Gandhi Addressed a gathering at the Bucerius Summer School in Hamburg on Wednesday.  He said that the horrrific idea of ISIS was a result of exclusion of a large number of people from the development process. When you exclude people from the mainstream someone else like ISIS will convince them about their ideology.

Gandhi said that BJP is also excluding minorities, Dalits and tribals from the development process and it could be dangerous for India.

BJP hit back at Rahul “His speech was full of lies and deception,” said BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra.

“Rahul Gandhi left no opportunity to belittle India and to present it in a bad light. We need explanations from you.” Patra said

Patra demanded apology for Rahul and said "Unbelievable. He's a PM aspirant,"

What Rahul Gandhi Said

"It is very dangerous in the 21st century to exclude people,"

"demonetized the Indian economy and destroyed cash flows to small and medium businesses, rendering millions jobless,"

"If you don't give people a vision in the 21st century, somebody else will. And that's the real risk of excluding a large number of people from the development process,"

"I would disagree with the idea that India is the most unsafe place for women. But it is true there is a huge amount of violence against women in India. A lot of it is visible, a lot of it is on the streets, but a huge amount of it is invisible." "It happens in houses. A woman never talks about it. I think it is a cultural issue, it is an issue of how Indian men view Indian women and I think it requires a huge amount of work to fix that problem,"

Suspended IPS Sanjiv Bhatt exposed - Tweeted fake images about Kerala

Sanjiv Bhatt the suspended IPS from Gujarat abused Modi again, tweeted Fake Images

Sanjiv Bhatt (IPS)

Suspended IPS from Gujarat Sanjiv Bhatt has done it again. This time posting a 2 year old pic and claiming it to be the recent one in one of his tweets. Sanjiv Bhat who is seen criticising Modi and Central government in almost all his tweets is also known to post controversial content without verifying the facts

He Tweeted

Kerala State Electricity Board workers trying to restore power even while facing heavy rains. This photograph was taken 5 days ago. Now you know why Modi and his Sanghi Thugs viscerally hate Kerala.

He wanted to demean the RSS workers who are working round the clock assisting rescue and relief operation in Kerala

The suspended Cop who still uses IPS and Police uniform in his profile is a habitual offender and earlier also have tweeted offensive tweets against the country and especially against PM Modi

The fact is he just copy pasted the image from one of the articles published in Malyalam Portal Mathrubhumi way back in 2016. The article was about power cuts in Kerala in October 2016.

An IITan and an Ex IPS should know that gone are the days when people used to use fake news to run their agenda. In this day and age the public is well informed and has access to information through various sources

You try to propagate a fake news and you are exposed. every time this cop tweets he is shown the mirror by general public

In 2015, Bhatt was removed from the police service, on the ground of "unauthorised absence". In October 2015, the Supreme Court quashed Bhatt's plea for constituting a special investigation team (SIT) for cases filed against him by Gujarat Government. The court lifted a stay on his trial in these cases and asked him to face prosecution. The court observed that, "Bhatt was in active touch with leaders of rival political party, was being tutored by NGOs, was involved in politics and activism of creating pressure, even upon 3-judge bench of this court, amicus and many others"

Why Kerala CM and Politicians from opposition parties are shying away from appreciating the efforts of Indian Armed Forces

Why No word of appreciation for Indian Armed Forces who is there round the clock carrying out rescue operations

The devastating floods in Kerala have caused lot of damage to the state. Many lives have been lost. Lakhs of houses have been damaged in the recent floods.

The heavy monsoon rainfall in Kerala started on in the evening of August 8. The heavy rainfall resulted in in
most of the dams filling to capacity; in the first 24 hours of rainfall the state received 310 mm (12 in) of rain.
To avoid further damage to the dams and risking more damage, almost all dams have been opened since the water level has risen due to heavy rainfall. As a result the local low-lying areas got flooded.

As soon as the news reached the government, the Indian Armed Forced was deployed in Kerala for the rescue operations. Indian Army, Indian Air Force, Indian Navy, ITBP and NDRF Teams without any delay started the relief and rescue work. Lakhs of citizens were evacuated and relief camps were set up for the affected people of Kerala. The Indian Air Force and Navy Helicopters have been flying non-stop to rescue people who are stranded in the flood waters.

The Air Force made sure that the boats and rescue equipment reach in all the districts of Kerala which were used by the Indian Army, NDRF, ITBP and others for rescue operations. Their Jawans are at the ground providing relief to the people. Distributing food packets, medicines and bringing the displaced to the relief camps.

Along with the Jawans the Indian Navy divers are also at work in rescue operations. The Indian Naval Ships are getting fresh drinking water, food and medicines which are being supplied at the relief camps.

However there is one big question the people of India are asking now.

Why Kerala CM, Kerala Ministers, Congress Party, Samajwadi Party, TMC, BSP and other opposition parties are not openly appreciating the efforts of the Indian Armed Forces?

Everybody is so vocal including Rahul Gandhi that Center should give more money to Kerala. Center hasn't given anything yet

Central government has already announced a grant of over 800 crores as of now. Crores of rupees have been donated by various states of the country. Crores have been pouring in to the CM Fund from citizens across the country.

Are the opposition not aware that even if PM gives 2000 crores right away will the Kerala government be able to spend it immediately? Aren't they aware that the first priority is to rescue the people who are still stranded in the floods?

The Indian Armed Forces are working on war footing and round the clock and have till now been successful in rescuing millions of people from the floods. They are also providing food, water, medicines at the relief camps.

Though some local fishermen have also come in support of rescue workers and RSS and other agencies are also at the ground to assist the Indian Armed forces but some politicians with some vested interests are not appreciating or saying a single word in support of Indian Armed Forces.

Few years ago the same Army did a tremendous job during Kashmir floods, In Assam floods the armed forces were in the forefront as well.

Are the opposition afraid that if they commend the job of Army it will be taken as a praise for Modi Government?

No my dear Indian Opposition, Indian Armed Forces belongs to the Indians only and no matter which party is ruling any particular state the soldier will be in action when need arises

Though Indian Armed Forces work silently and never want to come into limelight and they don't care even if there efforts are not being recognize. They are committed to do their jb whether it is inside India or at the borders, it is always the Nation First for them

Salute to Indian Armed forces who are carrying Rescue and Relief Operations in Kerala

Indian Army Indian Navy Indian Air Force ITBP NDRF working round the clock in Kerala

The flood situation in Kerala is so bad that over 10 lakh people have been rescued by the Indian Armed forces. Around half a million people are shifted to relief camps by the Jawans of Armed forces.

A pregnant lady was airlifted and evacuated who later delivered a baby boy

The Indian Air Force has deployed number of Helicopters and transporter carrieres and working round the clock to help the people of Kerala

It is the Air Force which is helping in transporting the boats, rescue equipment to the Indian Army, NDRF, ITBP whose Jawans are at the ground to help the affected people. Apart from this the Helicopters have rescued thousands of citizens stranded in the devastating floods in Kerala.

Thousands of Indian Navy Soldiers with boats, and Navy Divers are on the flood affected regions helping the people, providing them food water, raincoats, medicines and bringing people to the relief camps and hospitals. The Navy's Helicopters are flying round the clock and rescuing the people who are affected by the floods

Indian Army Jawans, ITBP Jawans, NDRF personnel are working on war footing in Kerala
They are working day and night to restore connectivity by building temporary bridges and helping stranded people to safety.

Indian Railways is supplying lakhs of litres of fresh water to the flood victims at the relief camps

All and all without the help of central government agencies the rescue and relief work in Kerala would not have been possible.

However still there are some people who have never been to Kerala and whose contribution is nil in this disaster are trying to demonize the efforts of the Indian Armed Forces.  The Narendra Modi Government has announced over 800 crores till date for Kerala. Funds have been pouring in from all over India to the CM Distress Fund.

The people should understand that the first priority of the Modi Government was to rescue the citizens and that is what the Indian Armed Forces are doing right now. The funds collected would be required once the situation improves.

Swara Bhaskar Deleted her Twitter Account - Need to get some tips from Akshay Kumar

Why Swara Bhaskar left Twitter?
Image result for swara bhaskar
Was it due to extensive trolling that Swara Bhaskar deleted her Twitter account? In the recent past she had posted lot of controversial tweets targeting India, Modi, Temples, Hindus.

However the most recent post criticizing Major Gogoi of Indian Army Major was the one where she was slammed not only by trolls, but also by her fans and number of celebrities. Though she denied that the post was on Army but anybody can make out from the language that the post was intended towards Major Gogoi.

Large number of complaints were filed against her all over India against her abusive tweets.

Earlier during Kathua rape protests she was seen holding placards and criticing the incident in a very Bizarre manner. That had not gone down well with the Hndu community. Her Veere costars Kareena Khan and Sonam Ahuja were also seen sharing their pics carrying the controversial placards.

She has on numerous occasions tweeted and expressed her opinion on various issues and most of the time in her tweets she used to support Congress.

Why is it that actors be it a big star or a small time actress like Swara are trolled on Twitter when they are seen taking sides of a particular party?

The reason is simple, the fans are not because the actor belonged to a particular party but they are fans because they have seen you on screen and hold a particular image about your personality.
Image result for swara bhaskar
At times small starlets or actors out of frustration and in order to garner publicity give controversial statements against Hindus, Modi, India or the government. The issues are blown out and there is instant publicity to the actor, though negative one. However such fame is very short lived and may cause further damage to the career of the actors who resort to such acts

This is exactly what may have happened with Swara Bhaskar. She was getting roles in big movies, though not as a main lead. Until then she was not known among masses. After Padmavat was released she wrote an article and one line of hers (Reduced to Vagina) got viral and Twitter fraternity started knowing her. Then came Veere Di wedding where she was one of the four ladies in the movie. Though Kareena Khan and Sonam Ahuja got the meaty roles, she too had some moments in the movie. She was criticised for depicting the Masturbation scene in the movie by the majority of viewers. However some portals termed it a PathBreaking Scene.

After the Placard and devisthan Tweets she got some limelight on Twitter. Now the tweets started raining from her twitter handle. general public and her fans started trolling her and gave befittign replies to her tweets.

Now for every tweet she was trolled and there were negligible supporters left on twitter. Earlier her tweets were retweeted by her fans, by opposition parties but they also started ignoring her as the content in her tweets used to hurt more and more.

Swara Bhaskar if really want to do something good for the society then she should earn respect from the people of the country and from her fans and followers.

There is no substitute for hard work, therefore work hard and do movies where she can prove herself as an actor.

There are many problems in our country. Tweet the problem and give solution and come forward to eradicate that problem. She can take few tips from Akshay Kumar. He wanted to help the Martyr's of the country. He should have shouted out loud on Twitter and social media that our government is not doing anything for the Martyr's but instead he came up with a solution and asked the government to help him in starting an App where general public can come forward and donate to the Martyr's family. Atal Bihari Vajpai no more

Atal Bihari Vajpayee - Former PM and Bharat Ratan passed away at AIIMS
