Whenever you arrive at the railway station or ISBT bus stands in Delhi number of Auto Drivers and Taxi Drivers will approach you but just do not get into bargaining fares with them because you will still pay too much to them. Outside all ISBT Bus Stands and Railway stations in Delhi there are Pre Paid Auto Rickshaw Booths and Prepaid Taxi Booths are available. You simply go to these booths, Delhi traffic Police Cops will be there. Pay your Auto fare there, get a slip and auto number given by the traffic cop. This way you will not be charged extra and you will have a safe journey because the Auto’s Number would be registered at the Booth along with the destination where it has been hired for.
