Residents of Divine Meadows sector 108, desperately looking for some help from
Noida Authority
In 2014 when Modi Government came into power, the
middle class were expecting a lot from him. Though the government has done a
lot for the lower class and economically backward section, the lower middle
class and the middle class families are still in lurch with very little impact
on their plight. Five years passed in expectations and the middle class home
buyers who have invested their lifetime earnings are still waiting for their
dream homes.
FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM IN DIVINE MEADOWS SECTOR 108
The harassment of home buyers by the builders continue
even when the state and central governments have assured the buyers that they
will get their dream homes registered soon. Thousands of buyers who have booked
their flats years ago are still being harassed and looted by builders. There
are many builders who have given possession to the flat owners but the work is
still underway and they have not been able to procure OC for their projects.
Many families are living in partially completed
projects without completion certificate have to deal with day to day life
threats. The open electric wires, under-construction work, no fire fighting
systems, no proper security, no garbage management and many other issues with
which the buyers have to deal with on daily basis.
One such project is Divine Meadows, located in sector 108
Noida. There is an everyday suffering for the 400 odd families living in this
housing society built by Divine India Infrastructure Pvt Ltd. Around 1500
people residing in this highrise building are struggling due to non
availability of water.
The residents have been requesting the builder to
arrange adequate water supply to the residents but the request has turned on
deaf ears. How can residents survive with few tankers containing just a few
thousand litres of water per day?
THE BUILDER HAS COMMUNICATED THAT IT WOULD BE
DIIFICULT TO ARRANGE WATER THROUGH TANKERS
As
informed by Noida Authority and Newspapers, there will be acute shortage of
water in Noida, Due to which arrangement of sufficient water through tankers
will also be difficult. We request all residents to cooperate and use water
wisely.

Residents already living w/out registration in unlivable conditions no firefighting & proper security
The residents have been continuously tweeting writing emails
and complaining but there is no response from the authorities.
@rituias2003 GM.. Ma'am, Soceity Divine Meadows Sector 108 is going through lot of issues like water supply, electricity supply, builder is not leaving Maintenance and charging fees through prepaid meter for water and electricity both..whereas we dont receive both..seeking help.
it seems no one is bother as election gone all are having comfort.
