After running from pillar to post with no resolution, Residents of Divine Meadows Sector 108 feeling helpless as their
grievances against builder have fell into the deaf ears
The residents are living in a building which is still incomplete. The possession was given by the builder few years ago without acquiring
Occupation Certificate. The buyers are not the legal owners yet and are still
waiting for their flats to get registered despite paying complete amount to the
builder. Most of them have also got a NOC from the builder after paying the
entire amount.
The residents have been running from one department to another
with their grievance against the builder but in vain.
They have approached the police on numerous occasions, approached
Noida Authority, MLA, MP, DM and many other officials but till date have got no
respite but only assurances. Consumer Forum has already taken 3 years to arrive
at a conclusion.
The residents are now feeling helpless and thinking what can
they do and whom they should approach for their problems.
With no other medium left for them the wretched buyers have
took to twitter anticipating some solution from the authorities.
