सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मंगलवार को इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट के उस आदेश को बरकरार रखा जिसमें एमराल्ड कोर्ट में दो 40 मंजिला टावरों को गिराने का निर्देश दिया गया था।

सुपरटेक को दो महीने के भीतर ट्विन टावरों में अपार्टमेंट के खरीदारों को 12% प्रति वर्ष की दर से ब्याज के साथ सभी राशि वापस करनी चाहिए।
