State Road Transport Corporation.
3 videos of Iftikharuddin, senior IAS of Kanpur based in Uttar Pradesh
have gone viral, in which he is purportedly teaching lessons promoting
religious conversion by inviting Muslim fundamentalists to his official
residence during his posting as Divisional Commissioner. He has been accused of
promoting Islamic fundamentalism by abusing his position. The 'Math Mandir
Coordination Committee' has complained to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in
this regard.
According to 'UttarPradesh.ORG News', it has also been alleged that when
he was in Kanpur, no employee could eat or drink anything in his office or
house during Ramzan. There has also been an allegation of instigating people
under the guise of conversion and Islam. 'Sudarshan News' has termed it as
'UPSC Jihad' and said that it was stopped by the court from making videos on
the issue and 'Khan Market Gang' also turned against it.
